Are you a software professional with a coding background who loves code but not writing it? Are you currently fascinated by the capabilities of AI from a software and platform generation perspective? Do you have a solid career history of sitting in front of clients and 'selling' technology or solutioning unique products? Have you worked in financial services, ideally in investments and advisory services?
This role is for someone who wants to work in an early-stage but highly successful and well-backed business, with the aspiration to hire only a few (likely 2-7) people. This is a post-startup business with early client wins and high degrees of credibility and a track record in a significant marketplace.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Open to a conversation on salary, but I think it is something around £80,000 - £100,000 plus equity.
This will suit someone who is at a point in their career where month-to-month financial stability could be traded for a significant larger mid-term financial gain.
Will appeal to an entrepreneurial soul with lots of successful software delivery stories.
