We are partnering with a global software organisation entering a pivotal stage in its evolution.
Having built a successful portfolio of products serving customers across multiple geographies, the business is now embarking on a multi-year transformation to create a unified, scalable platform that will underpin its future growth.
As Chief Product & Technology Officer, you will lead this journey, taking end-to-end ownership of Product, Engineering, Architecture and Platform Strategy while shaping the operating model, organisation and capabilities required for long-term success.
We're interested in leaders who have experience within:
- Enterprise SaaS businesses
- Global software platforms serving complex B2B customers
- Product and technology transformation at scale
- Platform-led operating model evolution
- Cloud and SaaS business model transitions
- Product portfolio simplification and modernisation
- Engineering organisational design and scaling
- Multi-region software organisations
- Mission-critical software environments
- Subscription-based software businesses
- Data, workflow, ERP, HCM, CRM or industry-specific software platforms

You must have:
- ✅ Led the evolution of multiple software products, capabilities or platforms towards a common strategic platform vision.
- ✅ Owned both Product and Engineering functions through a period of significant organisational and technology transformation.
- ✅ Delivered successful customer adoption and migration outcomes as part of a broader platform modernisation programme.
- ✅ Built and scaled Product and Engineering organisations capable of supporting long-term platform growth.
- ✅ Successfully balanced investment in future platforms whilst managing commercially important legacy products and customer commitments.
- ✅ Operated at executive level within a global software or SaaS business serving enterprise customers.

This opportunity is best suited to a leader who has successfully navigated the realities of software transformation at scale. Not someone whose experience has been limited to greenfield product development. Not someone who has simply sponsored change from a distance. But someone who has led product, engineering, customers and teams through a sustained period of platform evolution, balancing strategic ambition with commercial pragmatism.
The successful individual will understand how to modernise platforms, simplify product portfolios, drive customer adoption, evolve operating models and build high-performing organisations, all while maintaining the revenue streams and customer trust that underpin the business.
