CTO / Regional Technical Founder Hyper-growth Enterprise AI Scale-up Location: London (remote) Salary: £150,000 - £200,000 + bonus + stock

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Chief Technology Officer to lead the technical side of our growth in a key international market. You’ll work across engineering, customers, product, and sales — helping win customers, deliver AI solutions, and build a high-performing technical team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, solving complex technical problems, and building teams and processes from scratch.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead technical sales conversations, demos, architecture, and security discussions.
  • Work directly with customers to scope, build, and deploy AI agents.
  • Stay hands-on with engineering, shipping code and building integrations.
  • Build and lead teams across engineering, integrations, and pre-sales.
  • Ensure customer deployments are accurate, reliable, and successful.
  • Gather customer feedback and help shape product development and localisation.
  • Represent regional customer needs to the global Product team.
  • Act as the local technical point of contact for customers and partners.
  • Manage technical escalations and build strong customer relationships.
  • Create the processes and systems needed to scale the technical organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
