Company Description

Loycol is building a disruptive loyalty platform designed for local communities, helping people save money while reclaiming their time. Role Description

The Co Founder (Technical) will be a core partner in shaping Loycol’s product vision, technology strategy, and implementation roadmap. This full-time remote role involves leading the design and development of the loyalty platform, selecting and maintaining the technology stack, and ensuring scalability, security, and performance. The role also includes:

  • Researching emerging technologies
  • Managing vendor and partner relationships where relevant
  • Actively contributing to fundraising and investor discussions as a technical representative of the company

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate product performance, and make evidence-based technical decisions.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with co-founders, potential investors, partners, and future team members.
  • Foundational understanding of sales and marketing to align product features with market needs and go-to-market strategies.
  • Research skills to investigate new technologies, frameworks, and industry trends related to loyalty, fintech, and community platforms.
  • Proven experience in software engineering, system architecture, or technical product leadership, ideally in startups or SaaS environments.
  • Hands-on expertise with modern web or mobile development stacks, cloud infrastructure, and API-driven architectures.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting, take ownership of outcomes, and thrive in an early-stage, fast-changing environment.
  • Experience building or scaling consumer-facing platforms, fintech, or loyalty-related products is a strong plus.
