Chief Technology Officer

Chief Technology Officer – Leading UK Business Group – Tunbridge Wells

Our client is one of the UK's leading business groups, representing a major industry that plays a vital role in keeping Britain trading. They are now embarking on an ambitious programme of Digital Transformation and Legacy Modernisation.

They are seeking an exceptional Chief Technology Officer to lead a technology directorate of 30+ and shape their future Technology Strategy. The CTO will have a genuine mandate for change, modernising legacy systems, accelerating technology delivery and introducing greater pace, prioritisation and discipline across the function.

The Chief Technology Officer will also lead the organisation's developing AI and automation strategy, identifying opportunities to streamline manual processes, improve operational efficiency and deliver genuine business value.

They are looking for an established CTO, Technology Director or senior technology leader with a proven track record of Digital Transformation, Legacy Modernisation and leading large multidisciplinary technology teams. You should have strong technical credibility with broad knowledge across Microsoft technologies, Cloud, Agile, DevOps, Software Development, Data, Infrastructure and Cyber Security.
