The CPO Circle partners with health and beauty challenger brands to reduce technical risk, accelerate commercial success, and develop products with the scientific rigor and quality of industry leaders.

The company focuses on bridging the gap between innovative product ideas and creating an environment of autonomy, infrastructure and expertise for brands to manage their success.

Role Description

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Co-Founder is a Hybrid/Remote role responsible for executing the overall technology vision and strategy for The CPO Circle and its clients.

The role is newly created; to onboard a candidate that can take ownership of developing a software platform designed for the Beauty Industry.

The opportunity is for an entrepreneurial minded technology leader to help build the ecosystem and manage the executive team from an early stage to pre-commercialisation.

Core Experience

The ideal candidate will have experience across several of the following:

  • SaaS product development and software architecture
  • Taking digital products from concept/prototype through MVP and commercial launch
  • AI-enabled technologies and emerging technology
  • Managing software engineers and subcontractors
  • B2B SaaS, business development, partnerships or commercial strategy
  • Good understanding of customer discovery, product validation and commercialisation

Experience within consumer products, beauty/health/wellness or FMCG consumer products would be advantageous.
