Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
We are seeking an experienced and visionary interim Chief Technology Officer to lead the next phase of our clients evolution — moving from transformation to scale-up. This is a pivotal executive role for a commercially minded product and technology leader who thrives in high-velocity, complex environments. You will embed a product-led, partner-first culture, drive execution at pace, and deliver scalable, high-impact software that unlocks growth and long-term commercial value. With foundational changes already made across Product and Engineering, the focus now is on execution, scale, and performance — building repeatable delivery, balancing legacy and SaaS portfolios, and accelerating value creation for customers and partners.
The Role
As CTO, you will own the end-to-end product and technology agenda, from vision through delivery to commercialisation. You will be a core member of the senior leadership team, shaping strategy while staying close enough to the detail to ensure outcomes are delivered.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Product & Technology Execution
- Embed a product management mindset across teams — prioritising customer and business outcomes over project outputs.
- Raise delivery standards, ensuring high-quality, partner-ready software is shipped at speed.
- Balance innovation with technical debt, managing legacy platforms alongside SaaS-first development.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
