Technical Co-founder, AI for Healthcare

Remote in London

Zepimedia is building Piper, an AI patient coordinator for healthcare clinics. It answers patient enquiries in seconds across different channels. We have a working product, a live market in the UAE with a founding program. Also looking to automate internal operations soon.

I'm the founder, and I'm looking for a technical co-founder to own engineering and build this with me.

This is a co-founder equity opportunity. It's ownership, not a salary, a real stake in the company at the ground floor, and a genuine partnership in where it goes. If you want a wage, this isn't it. If you want to own a real piece of what you build, keep reading.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Who I'm looking for:

  • Someone early in their career but already dangerous with code.
  • You've shipped real things, side projects, contributions, your own products, that prove you can take an idea to working software on your own.
  • You're comfortable across the stack, you move fast, and you want to build a company, not just work at one.

How this works:

  • We start by building something together on a scoped project, so we both see how we work before we lock in the partnership.
  • If it's a fit, we define the equity and founding arrangement properly from there.

How to apply:

Send a short note on what you've built, with links, GitHub, live projects, anything that's yours. I read everything.
