CTO / Regional Technical Founder Hyper-growth Enterprise AI Scale-up Location: London (remote)
Salary: Market-leading salary + bonus + stock

The Role

We’re hiring a senior technology professional to play a key role in the next stage of the company’s growth. This is a broad position with exposure across the business. You’ll work with senior stakeholders, customers, and technical teams, helping turn complex requirements into practical solutions while contributing to the development of the wider organisation.
The ideal person will enjoy variety, autonomy, and being close to the technology rather than operating purely at a strategic level.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide technical leadership on high-priority projects and customer opportunities.
  • Help evaluate requirements and determine the best approach to solving complex problems.
  • Work alongside commercial teams where technical input is important.
  • Partner with engineers on challenging projects and contribute directly when appropriate.
  • Help improve the way technical projects are planned, delivered, and supported.
  • Develop and mentor engineers and other technical professionals.
  • Work with senior leadership to identify opportunities to improve the technology organisation.
  • Build trusted relationships with important customers and external stakeholders.
  • Help resolve difficult technical issues and ensure the right people are involved.
  • Contribute to decisions around technology, product direction, and future capabilities.
  • Introduce practical processes and standards as the business continues to grow.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
