Group Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Reading | Hybrid
Kyocera Document Solutions UK Group is looking for a Group Chief Technology Officer to lead our technology strategy, innovation and technical direction across the business.
About the Role
Reporting to the Managing Director/General Manager, you will be responsible for technology leadership across internal systems, software development, data, information security, technical services and emerging technologies. The role will play a key part in driving innovation, supporting business growth and ensuring technology investment delivers measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver the Group technology strategy
- Drive innovation across cloud, cyber security, AI, automation and digital services
- Oversee internal IT systems, software development and data strategy
- Ensure robust technology governance, security and compliance
- Lead technical services, pre-sales and delivery functions
- Manage strategic technology partners and vendors
- Support business transformation through technology-led initiatives

What We're Looking For
- Significant senior technology leadership experience
- Strong understanding of cyber security, infrastructure, software development and data
- Commercially focused with experience aligning technology to business objectives
- Proven ability to lead high-performing technical teams
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
