Chief Transformation Officer / Transformation Director

Location: UK

The Opportunity

A market-leading consumer products business is seeking an experienced transformation leader to partner with the CEO and Board in delivering the next phase of strategic growth and organisational evolution. With a strong portfolio of trusted brands, established market positions and ambitious growth objectives, the business is investing in commercial excellence, digital capability, operational effectiveness and customer engagement to support long-term value creation. This role offers the opportunity to shape and lead a broad transformation agenda spanning growth, organisational performance, digital enablement and operating model enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the enterprise transformation roadmap.
  • Lead strategic growth initiatives across commercial, digital and operational functions.
  • Drive programme governance and execution across multiple workstreams.
  • Support organisational design and operating model optimisation.
  • Enhance customer engagement, marketing effectiveness and digital capabilities.
  • Establish value creation KPIs and performance management processes.
  • Partner closely with executive leadership to deliver sustainable business improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through significant transformation and change programmes.

Candidate Profile

Essential

  • Previous strategy consulting experience with McKinsey, Bain or BCG.
  • Significant post-consulting industry leadership experience.
  • Proven track record delivering complex transformation programmes within:
    • Consumer Health
    • Health & Wellness
    • Consumer Products
    • FMCG
    • Personal Care
    • Nutrition
    • Specialist Retail or Consumer Services
  • Strong commercial acumen combined with programme execution capability.
  • Experience operating at Board and Executive Committee level.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change.

  • Chief Transformation Officer, Transformation Director, Chief Strategy Officer or equivalent leadership background.
  • Private equity-backed experience.
  • Post-acquisition integration and transformation experience.
