Animo Sano Psychiatry is a patient-focused behavioral health practice committed to delivering accessible, compassionate, and evidence-based mental health care. We are continually seeking Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists who share our dedication to providing exceptional patient care. Through a collaborative and personalized approach, we offer comprehensive psychiatric services that empower both our patients and providers.
Responsibilities:
- Telehealth and/or in-person based patient evaluations/intakes
- Medication management
- Collaborative care consultations (optional)
- Advanced practice provider supervision (optional)
- Provide high-quality, accessible patient care
- Contribute to an organizational culture that recognizes the humanity and dignity of our patients and staff
- Team player, open to learning and adopting evidence-based strategies in the management of our patients
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salaried, shared revenue, and hourly payment models available

- Base administrative time of 20% (negotiable based on additional duties and responsibilities)

- $250,000 - $300,000 annually (depending on state). The final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s location, qualifications, and relevant experience.
