Child Care Solicitor
Ref: PR16359
Location: Hertfordshire / Hybrid
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 per annum
This successful Legal 500 firm is looking to recruit an experienced Child Care Solicitor to manage a caseload of public law matters within a collaborative, friendly and supportive team.
As a fee earner, you will communicate with empathy and confidence, handling complex and sensitive matters while providing clear advice, guidance and expectations to your clients. You will be an experienced advocate in care proceedings, supporting clients in court and working alongside leading counsel on complex cases involving neglect, abuse and addiction.

We are looking for a robust and resilient fee earner who is comfortable handling challenging work, including matters with a criminal element, while always taking the time to support clients and consider the welfare of the children involved.

You will have experience in drafting witness statements and dealing with all aspects of Family Legal Aid work, and will ideally be a Panel Member.
