Nursery Practitioner

Salary: Up to £27,934 for a full-time, fully qualified Nursery Practitioner
Location: Epsom, Surrey
Working Arrangement: On-site
Hours: 37.5 hours per week over 4 compressed working days, with the weekly non-working day rotating monthly

Overview

Our client, a further education provider, is looking for a Nursery Practitioner to support children’s learning, development and day-to-day care.
This full-time role offers a four-day compressed working week, free hot lunches, free parking and access to on-site facilities and development opportunities. A relevant childcare qualification is desirable rather than essential.

Responsibilities

  • Support children through play and learning activities.
  • Provide everyday care, including meal and sleep-time routines.
  • Create an engaging environment through creative activities and ideas.
  • Observe and record children’s development.
  • Plan activities and support around individual children’s needs.
  • Build positive relationships with parents and carers.
