Early Years Practitioner
Salary: Up to £27,934 per annum for a fully qualified, full-time practitioner
Location: Epsom, Surrey, UK
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week over four days, with the non-working day rotating monthly

Overview
Our client, a further education college with an on-site nursery, is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to support children's learning, development and everyday care.
- You will help create an engaging environment for children
- Support play and learning activities
- Observe and record development
- Build positive relationships with parents and carers
The role is worked over four compressed days each week and offers opportunities for further professional development.

Responsibilities
- Support children with play, learning and development activities
- Provide everyday care, including mealtimes and sleep routines
- Help create an engaging and stimulating environment through creative activities and ideas
- Observe and record children's development
- Plan activities and support around individual children's needs
- Build positive relationships with parents and carers
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide consistent care and support
Requirements
- Genuine interest in childcare and supporting children's development
- Confidence communicating with both adults and children
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
