About The Role

In this role, you will:

  • Provide specialist, child-focused support to people affected by domestic abuse who are involved in Family Court proceedings.
  • Complete holistic needs assessments, develop recovery plans and provide accurate information to support Child Impact Reports.
  • Help clients understand Family Court procedures and their rights, arrange special measures and make referrals to appropriate support services.
  • Work closely with CAFCASS, IDAS colleagues and partner agencies to safeguard clients and children and identify the primary perpetrator.
  • Build strong professional relationships, contribute to training and awareness-raising, support volunteers and provide monitoring reports.
