You will collaborate with government stakeholders, international partners, educators, technology professionals, and organizations working to strengthen online safety. Through research, training, strategic partnerships, and knowledge sharing, you will help translate international guidelines into practical, sustainable action. Selected candidates will join a consultant roster and may be contacted for assignments aligned with their experience, regional knowledge, and specialist skills.

Accountabilities

  • Programme Implementation: Provide technical and operational support for child online protection initiatives at national, regional, and global levels, helping advance children's rights, safety, development, participation, and well-being in digital environments.
  • Capacity Building and Training: Support the design, development, coordination, and delivery of training programmes and capacity-building activities for children, young people, parents, caregivers, educators, policymakers, law enforcement, social workers, and ICT professionals.
  • Policy and Strategy Development: Assist government stakeholders and relevant institutions in developing, validating, and implementing national child online protection strategies, policy frameworks, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Child Participation and Rights: Design and facilitate activities that encourage meaningful participation by children and young people, ensuring their perspectives are reflected in initiatives addressing online safety, privacy, accessibility, inclusion, mental health, and digital well-being.
  • Partnerships and Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and develop partnerships with public institutions, international organizations, civil society, educational institutions, and other relevant stakeholders at national, regional, and global levels.
  • Research and Knowledge Development: Conduct research, collect good practices, and document success stories, case studies, lessons learned, and evidence-based approaches that can inform and strengthen child online protection programmes.
  • Communications and Advocacy: Support the communication, promotion, and dissemination of project activities, resources, events, and outcomes, including the adaptation and dissemination of child online protection guidelines into national languages where relevant.
  • Curriculum and Educational Content: Contribute to the development and coordination of multi-stakeholder educational curricula, learning resources, and programmes focused on online safety and digital citizenship.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor relevant national, regional, and international developments, consolidate updates from stakeholders, and provide regular progress reports to the project management team.
  • Project Coordination and Administration: Manage administrative and operational tasks related to assigned activities, coordinate implementation schedules, and support the effective delivery of programme objectives.
  • Deliverables and Documentation: Prepare work plans, regular progress reports, meeting summaries, quarterly implementation updates, mid-cycle and final presentations, and end-of-project case studies of up to five pages. Additional deliverables may be requested depending on assignment requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
