Childcare Lawyer / 3+ PQE / Northamptonshire / GBP 45,000 to GBP 65,000 (DOE)
An experienced Childcare Lawyer is sought after to join an established practice in Northamptonshire. This firm offers a competitive salary along with a multitude of benefits, as well as a strong work:life balance and flexibility including hybrid working.
Overview
The ideal Childcare Lawyer will have excellent experience in covering all types of childcare matters.
- Experience advising on special guardianship orders, adoption, private children law matters, care and interim orders as well as emergency protection orders.
- At least 3 years PQE.
- Confident in managing your own caseload.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and sustain strong working relationships, providing a first-class service to clients.
- Strong advocacy experience and Children Panel accredited or working towards the accreditation.
- A good team player, focused on providing exceptional service and advice to clients.
