Public Childcare Locum – Lancashire – Competitive Hourly Rate
Venn Group’s specialist Legal Recruitment team is recruiting a Public Childcare Locum for a well-established law firm in Lancashire. This ongoing locum opportunity offers an immediate start and the chance to join a busy, supportive team handling a varied public childcare caseload.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Managing a caseload of Public Childcare matters from instruction through to completion
- Representing clients in care proceedings and attending hearings where required
- Providing legal advice on a range of Children Act and safeguarding matters

About You
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner with Public Childcare experience
- Strong knowledge of care proceedings and Public Law Children matters
- Previous experience managing a busy caseload within private practice or a local authority setting

Key Details
- Rate: £45 - £55 per hour (outside IR35)
- Location: Lancashire / Hybrid Working Available
- Contract: Ongoing Locum Assignment
- Start: Week Commencing 14th September
