The Position

Due to promotion, we are looking to recruit a childcare lecturer to our team. The base will be at our Nuneaton Campus.

Hours

25 hours permanent.

Are you an experienced childcare practitioner wanting to share your knowledge and expertise with the next generation? If you would like a new challenge this could be the role for you. Ideally you will have some teaching experience with delivering childcare qualifications to young people and adults. However, we can provide further training and coaching within our established and experienced team.

You would be working within a lively and forward-thinking directorate who will work together to support you on your journey.

What Skills Are We Looking For

  • A multitasker – you must be able to work on a variety of tasks in a flexible manner.
  • A creative thinker – you will have the freedom to bring innovations and new ideas to the directorate.
  • A completer – you will take responsibility for a course and group of learners to ensure a timely completion of their qualification.
  • Qualified to a minimum level 4

Responsibilities For The Role

  • To plan, deliver and assess learners’ knowledge and understanding.
  • To provide academic support to a group of learners to ensure success in their learning.
  • Create outstanding content to support the learner journey.

The Location

You will be based at Nuneaton, however there may be an occasional requirement to travel to our Wigston campus. There is some opportunity to work from home to undertake planning and assessment
