We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity as a Childhood Enrichment 10by10 Coordinator.

This role sits within the Lifetime Enrichment Team in Customer Services and forms part of a new and ambitious initiative designed to make a lasting difference to the lives of children across Middlesbrough.

As the Childhood Enrichment 10by10 Coordinator, you will lead the coordination and delivery of Middlesbrough Council's 10by10 Enrichment Programme, ensuring every child in Middlesbrough has the opportunity to experience ten enriching activities before the age of ten. These experiences will help children develop a strong sense of identity, broaden their horizons, build confidence, and feel proud to be part of their local community.

Working closely with a wide range of partners and stakeholders across the borough, you will develop and strengthen relationships to create an inclusive and accessible programme that enables all children to engage with new opportunities. Through these experiences, children will be encouraged to explore new interests, discover hidden talents, stimulate their curiosity, and develop their creativity and potential.

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication, organisational and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to think creatively and work collaboratively. You will bring experience of developing and delivering activities, programmes or services for children and young people and be able to demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
