As a Childrenās Support Worker, you will:
- Deliver trauma-informed care to ensure young people feel safe and supported
- Build strong, trusting, and positive relationships
- Encourage healthy routines and develop essential life skills
- Support education, prepare meals, and attend appointments
- Advocate fiercely so every young person feels heard and valued
- Transport young people to activities and appointments
- Inspire confidence, resilience, and belief in their future

š Who Weāre Looking For
Weāre looking for individuals who bring heart, strength, and commitment:
- Experience working with children or young people (paid or voluntary)
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Patience, empathy, and emotional resilience
- Flexibility to work varied shifts (including weekends, sleep-ins, and waking nights)
- An enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
A relevant qualification (such as NVQ Level 3 in Childrenās Residential Care or equivalent) is desirable ā but not essential. We provide full training to help you succeed.
