Job Title
Our prestigious client, recognised by Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners, is seeking an experienced Children Panel Solicitor with around 3 years’ PQE+ to join their close-knit team and support the growth of their nationally recognised, Band 1 Chambers and Partners recommended Family Law department. Role Responsibilities
The Children Panel Solicitor will demonstrate strong knowledge of:
- Managing a varied caseload of both publicly and privately funded children and domestic abuse matters, including Legal Aid work.
- Providing advocacy on your own cases as well as supporting colleagues with advocacy requirements where needed.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal developments, particularly within your specialist area of practice, and applying this knowledge effectively.
- Ensuring compliance with firm policies, departmental procedures, and regulatory requirements, including Legal Aid Agency, Lexcel, and professional standards.
- Playing an active role in the continued growth and development of the team and wider business through marketing initiatives, including attending networking events, contributing articles, and engaging proactively on social media platforms.
