Salary: £38161.78 (plus on-call rota and sleep-ins)
Reporting to: Children’s Home Manager

If you are passionate, skilled, and motivated to join a team where no two days are the same, this could be your perfect next move. We are looking for a Children's Home Deputy Manager who brings skill, heart, and beaming with positivity to our team.

This is your chance to contribute to a warm, nurturing home where our children feel safe, supported, and genuinely cared for. You will be leading shifts, supporting staff, and working closely with the Registered Manager keeping everything running smoothly and in line with the Children's Homes Regulations 2015.

The successful candidate will be:

Requirements

Essential:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare or NVQ Level 4 in Children, Young People and Families Practitioner or equivalent (Required)
  • NVQ level 5 in Leadership and Management is preferred, or a willingness to work towards this. (Desirable)
  • Experience in children’s residential care
  • A full driving licence
