Children and Youth Mission Enabler

Could God be calling you to inspire the next generation?

Wyberton St Leodegar's is an active, growing evangelical church with a heart for mission, discipleship, and reaching its local community. We are investing in the future and are seeking an enthusiastic, faith-filled Children, Youth & Families Worker to lead and develop our ministry amongst children, young people and their families. Based at Wyberton St Leodegar's Church, this role offers the opportunity to build on existing foundations while developing exciting new initiatives that help young people encounter Jesus, grow in faith, and become lifelong disciples.

This is not simply a programme delivery role. We are looking for someone who can inspire, lead and equip others, helping to create a culture where children and young people flourish spiritually and discover their God-given gifts.

What You'll Be Doing

You will lead and develop our work with children, young people and families both within the church and the wider community. Working alongside church leaders, volunteers and families, you will:

  • Build meaningful relationships with children, young people and their families.
  • Develop innovative and engaging ministries that encourage faith, discipleship and spiritual growth.
  • Recruit, train and support a thriving volunteer team.
  • Play an active role in church worship, services and community outreach.
  • Create opportunities for young people to explore, discover and deepen their Christian faith.
  • Help shape the future vision for children, youth and family ministry at Wyberton St Leodegar's.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
