About The Role

Looking for more than a care role? Help a young girl experience life to the fullest.

Priority Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a truly rewarding role supporting a vibrant and engaging 12-year-old girl in her family home in Lewisham.

We’re not simply looking for someone to provide care; we’re looking for someone who can make a genuine difference.

About The Young Person

Our client is a bright, fun-loving and engaging 13-year-old girl who lives at home with her supportive family.

Whilst she requires physical support throughout the day, her family are passionate about ensuring she continues to enjoy new experiences, develop her communication, engage with others and live life to the fullest.

The successful candidate will play an important role in helping her access activities, build confidence, enjoy social opportunities and experience meaningful interaction both at home and in the community.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
