Are you passionate about improving children’s health and reducing the impact of environmental exposures on illness and wellbeing? We are seeking an experienced, innovative and highly motivated nurse to join and help develop our Children’s Environmental Health Clinic at The Royal London Hospital.

This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in delivering specialist care for children and young people whose health may be affected by environmental exposures in the home, school or wider community. The post holder will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide expert assessment, care coordination and practical support for children with complex needs, while helping to shape and develop this growing specialist service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a defined patient cohort and play a central role in coordinating care across hospital, community and partner services.
  • Undertake home visits, contribute to multidisciplinary assessment and care planning, coordinate referrals, support follow-up, and help families to understand and reduce environmental risks affecting their child’s health.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
