Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the team of staff on shift who assist in running the holiday club
- Take overall responsibility for the daily operation of the club, including paperwork, child registrations and activity organisation
- Ensure children enjoy a safe, engaging and fun environment
- Lead by example and actively participate in activities where appropriate
- Work closely with the Centre Manager and Holiday Club Manager to ensure the smooth running of the programme
- Carry out all duties in accordance with the centre's Normal Operating Procedures (NOPs) and Emergency Action Plans (EAPs)
- Maintain high standards of hygiene throughout the operation of the club
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of work at all times
- Respond to customer queries, comments and complaints promptly and efficiently
- Ensure the welfare and safety of all children attending the club

Requirements
- Enthusiastic, reliable and passionate about working with children
- Comfortable supervising and motivating a team
- Able to communicate effectively with children, parents and colleagues
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Committed to delivering a high-quality customer experience
- A childcare qualification is desirable but not essential
- An Enhanced DBS check will be carried out
