Evoke Care is looking for an experienced Children's Home Deputy Manager to join our team in Croydon.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Support Worker, Team Leader, or Deputy Manager ready to progress their career and take on a key leadership role in a children's residential home.

- Supporting the day-to-day management of the home
- Leading, supervising and mentoring the care team
- Supporting the development of a safe, nurturing environment for children and young people
- Working with social workers, education providers, health professionals and other agencies
- Supporting the home to meet Ofsted requirements, Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
We're looking for:
- Previous experience in an Ofsted-registered children's residential home
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
- Experience supervising and supporting staff
- Good knowledge of Ofsted requirements and Children's Homes Regulations
- UK work authorisation – no sponsorship available
