An Amazing New Job Opportunity
An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a Children's Home Registered Manager to manage a brand new children's home based in the Nottingham area. You will be working for a leading company which specialises in child care.
This is one of UK's leading child care organisations; it provides safe, stable, and therapeutic environments for children with complex needs.
As The Manager
Your key responsibilities include:
- Lead the full operational and regulatory management of a Children's Home
- Build, support and develop high-performing staff teams
- Ensure the home meets and exceeds CIW and OFSTED requirements
- Drive quality improvement, safeguarding excellence and positive outcomes
- Collaborate with local authorities, professionals and partner agencies
- Secure and maintain occupancy, stability and compliance

Skills and Experience
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
- Proven experience managing Children's Residential provision
- Strong understanding of legislation, safeguarding and therapeutic practice
- Ability to lead through challenge and change
- Commitment to achieving outstanding outcomes for children and young people

To be considered for this position you must hold a Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent
Salary and Benefits
The successful Manager will receive an excellent salary of GBP60,000 : GBP65,000 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working on days. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
