Become a role model and make a difference to the lives of children in Hampshire!

The Role

Do you love working with children and young people and want to help make a significant difference to their lives?

If so, we are looking for Children’s Home Support Workers at our modern and well equipped children’s home in Havant.

What you’ll do

The home consists of facilities to support and improve the lives of up to four children aged between 10 - 17 who may have experienced emotional trauma. Working within our Model of Care - Pillars of Parenting, we focus on each child’s individual strengths to support them to develop and achieve positive outcomes. With support, children will experience the skill and expertise of Children’s Services framework of trauma informed therapeutic intervention with the goal of reuniting the child with their family or supporting their transition to independence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
