Job Description
The post holder will support the safe and timely delivery of clinical skills training for education staff, care providers, parents, and carers who undertake delegated healthcare tasks for children and young people.
Working under the direction of the Education and Training Lead and within agreed protocols, competencies, and professional scope, the Nurse Trainer will plan, deliver, assess, and evaluate standardised training, maintain accurate records, and provide follow-up support. The role will also contribute to education for Children’s Community Nursing staff and undertake clinical duties to maintain competence and support service delivery.
