Maplewood Recruitment are working closely with a new residential children's home based in North West London to support up to two vulnerable young people from the ages of 11-17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties and Challenging Behaviours.
Main requirements:
- To successfully register with Ofsted.
- Comply with safeguarding and child protection procedures at all times and promote an honest and open culture.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and all regulations and standards at all times.
- Grow a staff team that are experienced in supporting vulnerable young people.

Requirements:

- Have experience in a management role within a residential children's home for at least 2 years within the last 5 years.
- Current or previously held a registration with Ofsted as a Registered Manager
- Have an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care / Leadership and Management
