Registered Manager – Children's Residential Home

£55,000–£65,000 + Performance Bonus | Brand-New EBD Home | Full-Time, Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a brand-new Ofsted-registered children's residential home in Greater Manchester.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager or Deputy Manager who is passionate about building and developing a service from the ground up, creating a safe and nurturing environment and making a genuine difference to the lives of children and young people.

The home will provide residential care for children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).

About the Role

As Registered Manager, you'll take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management, development and quality of the home.

You'll play a key role in establishing the service, developing a strong team and creating a positive, child-focused culture from the outset. You'll work closely with the wider management team to ensure the home delivers high standards of care and meets all Ofsted and regulatory requirements.

This is an opportunity to have genuine ownership of a new service and help shape how it develops and grows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
