We are seeking dedicated Children’s Support Workers for our clients residential services in the Clitheroe area. We have opportunities available for both day shifts and waking night shifts. You will play a vital role in providing a secure, nurturing, and structured environment for children and young people.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing consistent, child-centred care during day shifts or waking night duties.
- Day Workers:
- Assisting with school runs, activities, appointments, and daily routines.
- Waking Night Workers:
- Ensuring safety, monitoring the home overnight, and handling any night-time distress.
- Transporting children to appointments, school, and social activities using company or personal vehicles.
- Documenting daily progress, handovers, and incident reports.

Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence is essential due to the rural location and travel requirements.
- Experience working with children or young people in residential care or youth services.
- Ability to work flexible shift patterns (Days or Waking Nights).
- Patient, resilient, and engaging personality.
