Chiller Engineer Role Overview
As a Chiller Engineer / Senior Chiller Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance and repair of a wide range of chiller systems across commercial and critical infrastructure sites.

Key responsibilities include:
- Service, maintenance and reactive repair of chiller systems
- Fault finding, diagnostics and technical troubleshooting
- Supporting air conditioning systems where required
- Attending breakdowns and carrying out emergency repairs
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Providing technical support and recommendations to clients on-site
You will work across a varied portfolio of sites, including complex and technically demanding environments.
Chiller Engineer Candidate Criteria
We are keen to speak with engineers who have strong technical knowledge and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
You will ideally have:
- Proven experience working on chiller systems
- Good all-round knowledge of air conditioning / HVAC systems
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability
- Experience within data centres or critical environments (highly desirable)
- F-Gas qualification (essential)
- Full UK Driving Licence
