Role Description
K4S Limited is currently seeking a full-time Chiller Engineer to join our team in Reading / Milton Keynes / Swindon and around the M4 corridor area. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of chiller units and related HVAC equipment. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Conducting preventive and corrective maintenance on chiller plant equipment
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing problems with various models of chillers
- Collaborating with other team members on repairs and installations
- Providing on-site support to customers when required

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in installations, repairs, and maintenance of HVAC systems and chillers
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills with knowledge of chillers, cooling towers, and their related systems
- Detailed understanding of HVAC system behaviours and functions
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric attitude
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, electrical schematics, and architectural wiring diagrams
- Proficiency with the use of manual and electronic hand tools and other diagnostic equipment
- Full UK driving licence
- City & Guilds Level 2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning is a plus
