Role Description
The Chinese Property Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The role involves overseeing day-to-day property operations for Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders, including managing leases, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring properties meet safety and regulatory requirements. The Property Manager will handle tenant communications, resolve issues in a timely manner, and support rent collection and financial reporting. This position also includes liaising with external vendors and service providers, supporting property inspections, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. The role requires strong cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to represent Transform Talent’s professional standards when interacting with Chinese and international clients.

- Candidates should possess strong property management skills, including lease administration, tenant relations, and coordination of maintenance and repairs.
- Candidates should possess financial and administrative skills such as basic budgeting, rent and fee tracking, reporting, and accurate record-keeping.
- Candidates should possess communication and relationship-building skills, including professional written and verbal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
- Candidates should possess cross-cultural and language skills, including fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese and strong English proficiency for working with diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess organizational and problem-solving skills, including attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple properties and priorities.
- Relevant experience in residential or commercial property management in the UK or similar markets is beneficial.
- A degree or professional qualification in property management, real estate, business, or a related field is advantageous.
- Knowledge of UK property regulations, health and safety standards, and local market practices is preferred.
