Are you ready to dive into a world of chocolatey fun and discovery? Cadbury World is calling all chocolate lovers to join our team as a Chocolate Making Host! Get ready to bring joy, laughter, and a whole lot of chocolate magic to our visitors.
As part of the Chocolate Making Team at Cadbury World, you will be required to support the daily running of the operation. This will incorporate all areas of chocolate making including live demonstrations, helping in production, serving guests pots of chocolate and encouraging guests to be creative in our Have a Go zone. You will be expected to take ownership when working within the attraction by delivering, monitoring and maintaining premium quality standards throughout the site that go beyond the Operations Department.
Chocolate Making Hosts are expected to deliver an experience that is unique and memorable to all guests. You are required to keep yourself energised and motivated whilst in guest facing areas, always aiming to deliver the finest customer service and friendly & helpful engagement. You must ensure you seek every opportunity to interact and exceed the expectations of our guests whilst always leading by example. The role requires that you will mostly be standing on your feet for large parts of the day and have confidence talking to large groups of guests. You will be required to always be health and safety focused with it being the company’s number one priority.

Main Responsibilities
- Be the face of Cadbury World, welcoming all guests and ensuring that they all leave having had a memorable experience that will last a lifetime.
- Manage all attraction queue lines efficiently, use microphones and maintain a consistently positive attitude.
- Look after and maintain operational assets such as radios, microphones, ticket scanners, till equipment and queue line barriers, treating them as if they were your own.
- Celebrate success with the team at every available opportunity, have open and honest communication with fellow colleagues and managers offering support to all of those around you.
- Arrive to work punctually, ready to work in all weathers with your uniform correct and well kept.
- Work across all parts of the operations function daily, striving for world class standards and regularly feeding back new ideas and initiatives to the department management team.
- Use initiative while on position to ensure stock levels and cleanliness standards are always maintained.

Pay Range
GBP £12.81/Hr.
