Job Role: Customer Assistant in Food Section
Working Hours:
- Wednesday 19.00-23.00
- Thursday 19.00-23.00
- Saturday 19.00-23.00
Job Requirements:
- Must be over 18 years of age due to night working hours to comply with health and safety legislation.
- Candidates may be asked to work full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

Responsibilities:
- Be a passionate brand ambassador for M&S Food products.
- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products to customers.
- Utilize digital tools to enhance customer experience.
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment.
- Adapt to the changing demands of the retail environment.
Requirements:
- Resilient and committed with a readiness to work through night shifts.
- Digitally confident and comfortable using tools like the Sparks App.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
