Everyone Leaves Happy, this is our mission, and it runs through everything we do.
It means taking care of our guests, of course, but it also means taking care of you and the people you work with.
When we look out for each other, support each other, and celebrate every little win, we create an environment where happiness naturally spreads. That’s the Bill’s way.
During our busiest and most exciting season, we're looking for organised, customer-focused individuals to join our us as Christmas Reservations Support Administrators.
This will be a Seasonal role, and will be employed from September to mid-December supporting the Central Reservations team.
As a Christmas Reservations Support Administrator, you'll play a vital role in helping guests celebrate the festive season. You'll manage Christmas and general reservation enquiries across our restaurants, you'll support guests via phone, email, online forms, and booking platforms while helping maximise booking opportunities across all Bill's locations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
