Urban Planters - Seasonal Temporary Christmas Operatives

- Hourly Rate: £12.81
Urban Planters began trading back in 1965 and in that time have grown to be the industry leading interior landscaper. We design, install and maintain plants, greenery and seasonal displays in, on and around the buildings of the companies we partner with.
We love working with plants and we enjoy the challenge of finding new ways of incorporating plants and greenery to all workplace settings across the UK, through our network of operating branches. Therefore, able to offer the personalised service of a local business but with the standards and resources of a national organisation.
We don’t just care for our plants; we also care about our colleagues and our customers.
Each year we install seasonal displays nationwide. As Christmas approaches, we are looking for hard working people to join our team to support us during the busy festive season.
The Role:
We are looking for Seasonal temporary Christmas operatives to assist our team with Christmas decoration installs in the North East.

What will you do?
- Prepare orders to client specifications prior to installs.
- During the Christmas install period - be part of a team working to assemble and decorate Christmas trees, wreaths and garlands. (Training to be provided). This will involve working at different client premises each day.
- Assist with loading and unloading of vans.
- Post seasonal period - Help with collections of installs from client premises.
We are looking for staff who can commit to at least 40 hrs per week during the festive period and flexibility on shift days and start/finish times.
- Interest and passion for Christmas.
- Good organisational skills and proactive working.
- Excellent communication & people skills to deliver great customer service to our clients.
- Be able to work in an ever changing environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Team player.
- Clean UK full driving licence is preferable but not essential.
- Able to adapt to changing working days and hours where necessary.
For the right candidates opportunities for permanent technician roles could be available.
