Job Introduction

Christmas at Selfridges is truly magical – from the dazzling displays to the unforgettable experiences we create for our customers. As a Christmas Store Host, you’ll play a vital role in bringing that magic to life. You’ll be the warm welcome at the heart of the store, surprising, delighting, and inspiring every visitor during the most exciting time of the year.

As a Store Host, You Will

  • Be a welcoming and visible presence for customers throughout the store.
  • Support customer flow and help manage busy areas during peak trading periods.
  • Assist customers with wayfinding and direct them to relevant services, departments, and facilities.
  • Help maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.
  • Provide support with queue management and customer guidance during busy periods.
  • Respond to customer queries in a friendly and professional manner, escalating where appropriate.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the store to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Support seasonal activities and help bring the festive spirit to life throughout the store.
