We are now looking for Full Time Sales Associates to join our Signature department here at Harrods
This will be a temporary position supporting the business across our peak Christmas period, starting October 2026.
Sales Associates are responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating moments of magic for those visiting the store.
From the famous Harrods bear and branded souvenirs to the life size cuddly toys and the coolest gadgets, our Signature department is like no other. Our Sales Associates are encouraged to bring their personality to our customers in this colourful and playful space.
About the Role
Our Sales Associates are at the heart of what we do and, as the face of our iconic brand, you will be responsible for creating world class customer experiences for each and every customer. Our Sales Associates take time to understand and learn about our customers, combining the “Art of Selling” with their comprehensive product knowledge; this tailored service approach leads to achieving sales targets as well as repeat customer visits.

This role is fully on site.
About You
You will be an exceptional professional with a strong foundation in retail or hospitality, and have best in class experience in providing a memorable service to our clients. You will be dedicated and disciplined in your work, and be a leading example of excellence in your team. You will be ambitious and excited by your sales targets, striving to achieve our group mission whilst continually learning and developing to achieve more. Your high standards will set you apart, taking pride in your appearance, punctuality and adherence to Harrods policies.
You will also:
- Have great organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly.
- Have the ability to remain calm, and measured even when under pressure.
- You’ll be resilient, and adaptable to your audience and environment believing that anything is possible.
- Be a problem solver, asking questions and listening effectively.
- Be collaborative in your nature, and thrive as part of a team, building relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
