Salary: $95,722 - $100,956 (Plus 12.5% Super)
Location: Village Creek Centre, Kambah

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and adaptable leader to support the day-to-day operations of the CHS NDIS Support Unit and its administration team. In this role, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the CHS NDIS Support Admin Team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, consistent and consumer-focused administrative support across CHS. You will manage and support staff through recruitment, training, performance and leave management, while driving the development and continuous improvement of business processes, systems, policies and procedures that support NDIS operations and service delivery. The role also coordinates quality improvement activities, audits, reviews and data analysis to support NDIS-related services, client care and certification requirements. Working collaboratively across the organisation and with external partners, you will foster strong stakeholder relationships, contribute to NDIS networks, and prepare a range of correspondence, briefing notes, submissions and reports to support the CHS NDIS Support Lead.

The ideal candidate is an experienced and adaptable leader with strong organisational, communication and stakeholder engagement skills. You will be confident leading a high-performing administration team in a busy operational environment, balancing competing priorities while maintaining a strong customer service focus. You will demonstrate sound judgement, problem-solving capability and a commitment to continuous improvement, with experience supporting complex administrative processes and building effective working relationships across a broad range of stakeholders. Experience in NDIS administration and an understanding of the NDIS environment are highly desirable.
NOTE: The role is primarily office-based, and the successful applicant will be expected to work on-site for the majority of their working week.

- Current registration issued under the NDIS worker Screening Clearance framework administered through the ACT’s Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011 is required.
- Comply with Canberra Health Services Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination policy.
