About The CIG Motors Management Trainee Programme
Selected trainees will undergo a comprehensive, structured development programme that combines:
- Hands-on operational experience across different departments
- Leadership and management training
- Mentorship from senior executives
- Exposure to the full spectrum of the automotive business (sales, after-sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, and operations)
CIG Motors, known for its strong presence in the Nigerian automobile market and partnerships with global brands, aims to use this programme to build a robust talent pipeline while contributing to youth development in Nigeria.
Who Should Apply?
The programme is open to ambitious, highly driven young graduates who possess:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (Second Class Upper preferred) in any discipline
- Strong leadership potential and excellent communication skills
- A passion for the automotive industry
- Maximum of 2–3 years post-NYSC work experience (fresh graduates are strongly encouraged)
