This role is an exciting opportunity for a cinematographer to collaborate on a visually ambitious music video project for the track “ALL OR NOTHING.”

The video will juxtapose the polished, sterile atmosphere of a gallery with the raw authenticity of street environments, exploring the tension between artistic creation and industry critique. The ideal candidate will bring a distinctive visual style and a strong sense of atmosphere, helping to translate a concept-driven narrative into compelling imagery. The shoot will take place on-site in Bristol, with applications welcomed from those willing to travel.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the creative team to interpret and enhance the video’s concept through cinematography
  • Design and execute lighting setups that contrast clean, gallery-like spaces with gritty street scenes
  • Plan and capture dynamic shots that emphasize movement, composition, and mood
  • Operate camera equipment and oversee technical aspects of the shoot
  • Work on location in Bristol, adapting to both controlled and unpredictable environments
  • Contribute creative ideas to elevate the visual storytelling and overall impact of the video

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
