Interim CIO / CTO (Housing)
Seeking a Senior Interim CIO/CTO with significant housing sector experience to provide executive-level technology leadership and assurance.
Key Focus Areas:
- Review and validate major technology decisions across the organisation
- Provide confidence and assurance to the Board and Executive Team
- Shape and oversee the long-term technology roadmap
- Advise on strategic platform decisions, including core housing systems (e.g. HMS end-of-life options)
- Lead technology governance, benefits realisation and investment decisions
- Ensure data, technology and architecture strategies align with business objectives
- Operate as a trusted advisor at Board level, bringing credibility and practical CIO/CTO experience

Essential:
Proven CIO/CTO-level leadership within housing, strong technology governance expertise, and the ability to balance strategic direction with informed technical decision-making. Consultancy and independent consultant backgrounds considered.
