I am seeking an experienced CIPHR Systems Specialist to provide short-term support on a critical CIPHR optimisation project. This is a highly specialist assignment requiring an individual who can hit the ground running, work independently, and quickly add value with minimal onboarding.
The successful candidate will be an expert user and administrator of CIPHR, with strong experience in system configuration, reporting, data management, and bulk data uploads. This role has been created for someone who share their specialist CIPHR knowledge and focus on improving system utilisation and supporting key operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support CIPHR optimisation activities across the HR system.
- Build, develop and enhance internal CIPHR reports and management information outputs.
- Manage and execute a bulk upload process to support a large-scale job-to-job movement project within CIPHR.
- Review existing system configuration and identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency.
- Provide expert advice on CIPHR functionality, capabilities and best practice.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide hands-on user support where required.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout reporting and upload activities.
- Work closely with HR stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
- Document processes and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams where appropriate.

What you'll need to succeed
- Extensive hands-on experience with CIPHR HR, including administration, configuration and optimisation.
- Proven experience building and maintaining CIPHR reports and HR management information dashboards.
- Strong knowledge of bulk data uploads, data validation and data cleansing within CIPHR.
- Experience supporting HR systems projects and system improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of HR data structures and HR operational processes.
- Ability to work independently and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
