Dr. Martens is more than a brand - it’s a global icon with over 60 years of attitude, heritage, and cultural impact. We’re a thriving, values-driven business powered by diverse thinkers, bold doers, and people who bring their whole selves to work. If you’re ready to make your mark, you’re in the right place.
At DM, our values guide everything we do: Be Yourself, Act Courageously, Show You Care. They’re not just words - they’re how we turn passion into progress.
WHERE YOU SIT
As our Circularity Coordinator, you’ll be part of the sustainability team working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into Circularity Services Senior Manager. You’ll be right at the heart of fast-moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers - today and tomorrow.
WHERE YOU CONTRIBUTE
Circularity is a core part of Dr. Martens strategy and future customer experience. The Circularity Coordinator is responsible for supporting the roll out and day-to-day coordination of circularity initiatives across key markets. This spans resale, repair, trade-in, care and customization across all channels (e.g. eComm and retail executions as well as any community touchpoints).
This role works cross-functionally to support the phased implementation of circularity initiatives, and ensure projects are delivered on-time and to budget. The candidate will be a completer-finisher that enjoys supporting delivery of both large and smaller scale initiatives, from launching resale in new markets to one-off circularity events and launches.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
